Carolina Caring is excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and motivated Senior Director, Growth to join our team! This role is focused on developing referral sources, cultivating business partnerships, and sharing the exceptional programs and services Carolina Caring provides throughout the Mecklenburg County region.

The Senior Director, Growth also serves as a leader by guiding strategic marketing initiatives and strengthening the Professional Relations Team through mentorship and relationship-building programs. This position is key in expanding Carolina Caring's presence and ensuring our mission reaches more families in the community.

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
