Work directly with end-user customers to support the installation and integration of complex, multi-domain building infrastructure projects that can support vertical-specific challenges as well as energy improvement projects and smart city optimization.

You will be responsible for overseeing complex projects, requiring strategic leadership, project efficiency, complex & proactive problem solving, communication and cross functional collaboration. You will report directly to the Corporate Sr. Director of Productivity Transformation and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by optimizing procurement practices, leading change, and ensuring the successful execution of projects, contributing to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Extensive experience in Procurement and Project Management (Minimum 6 years).
  • Prior experience in a principal or senior project management role; Proven track record of successfully creating, leading & managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills. Able to work with, communicate, and present to senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Skilled at managing conflicts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Regularly communicate progress and proactively manage risk.
