Ingram Micro's technical pricing team sits within our Corporate IT organization and supports business partners around the world to develop a modern, harmonized/standardized, and industry leading pricing platform.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager that will be responsible for collaborating across the organization and leading multiple pricing and costing related workstreams. The pricing program is highly technical in nature and will require the Program Manager to drive the development of the Global Pricing Engine (GPE) using Agile methodology. The Program Manager will have a strong work ethic, ability to creatively solve problems, operate independently, and drive programmatic results in a matrixed environment.
Ingram Micro is in an exciting period of digital transformation. Pricing is a highly visible and strategic initiative which sits at the intersection between the business and IT/Digital. The Program Manager must be adept and comfortable with communicating complex and technical subject matter to executive-level and non-technical audiences. The candidate must have a mastery of both program and project management methods, and proven prior experience working on a variety of digital programs/projects to succeed within the high paced environment.

The Program Manager is expected to be a thought leader in critical aspects of information systems and must have the ability to influence senior leadership. S/he will partner across GPE, IT, Digital, Pricing Ops, BI, Country leadership, and other departments to gain a deep understanding of business strategies and priorities in order to facilitate the design, implementation and continuous delivery of highly effective applications and solutions.
As the Program Manager, s/he will ensure that new initiatives will adhere to Ingram Micro defined architectural requirements and methodologies, in planning and guiding the evolution of Ingram Micro's Pricing initiatives to support new business requirements. S/he will continuously innovate and evolve the efficiency in the area, making sure services provided align with business and technology trends, actively seek out new methodologies and new approaches, at the same time standardizing and refining policies and procedures and provide input and suggestions on investments, with financial analysis.
The Program Manager is responsible for operational efficiency and enhanced productivity while supporting company growth. The Program Manager is responsible for hiring, salary decisions, performance reviews, discipline, promoting and training of direct reports. S/he is accountable for managing the budget of his/her department.
