For over 37 years, Brian-Kyles has provided commercial and residential landscaping services in Ohio. As an Account Manager (AM), you will manage, develop, and grow client partnerships on select turf & ornamental and/or snow & ice clients. The AM is the primary day-to-day service liaison to the client, ensuring that both the clients and firms expectations for quality are satisfied. The AM coordinates with the President to ensure that the highest quality services are performed, while simultaneously meeting or exceeding the firms profitability standards. As a proactive steward, the AM works with the client to maximize value, mitigate risk, identify and solve problems, provide timely solutions, and enhance the overall appearance, appeal, and/or safety of the clients property. Essential Functions Develop and maintain lasting, profitable, and dependable partnerships with clients as proven by our 87% client retention rate year-over-year.Use transparent, responsive, and proactive communication skills and techniques to develop a good rapport with clients by meeting firm-specific standards for client responsiveness.Plan, organize, and manage the daily execution of client contractual obligations, serving as the primary contact for all service-related needs, requests, and/or concerns.Conduct routine site audits, client walk-through inspections, and/or enhancement project completion acceptance to ensure optimal quality and service expectations are met. Communicate daily with the Operations and Sales Team. Effectively document clients expectations on necessary work tickets, client opportunities, and issues to ensure services are completed accurately, on time, to expectations, and on budget.Identify property enhancement opportunities to increase client satisfaction. Responsible for accurate, timely, and professional estimates and/or agreements Working Conditions / Physical Demands: Must be able to utilize applicable tools and equipment necessary for the job, as well as basic computer/office equipment. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, sit, talk, and hear.
