About This Role:
The Researcher will be a key part of Forrester's digital transformation research team, which conducts research for application development and eBusiness leaders on emerging business models, such as marketplaces and top digital experience agencies and service providers, and on enabling technology, including web content management systems, DX platforms, personalization, eCommerce suites, rich media, and digital asset management.
This Researcher will research, write, and further develop our digital transformation research by working with senior thought leaders; conduct research on digital business maturity and efforts by leading brands; conduct primary and secondary research to assist analysts with their research for our clients; assist with client advisory and consulting deliverables; and support our team's events.
The Researcher is self-motivated; project-manages multiple deliverables at any given time; performs quality survey data analysis; produces clear and accurate presentations; creates clear and concise written analyses; and prioritizes the needs of the team. The role requires a strong interest in and understanding of the business and technology issues facing digital executives today and an appetite for conducting and writing research to stay abreast of these issues.
