Interprets customer business needs and translates them into application, process, and operational requirements.
Defines requirements with task and workflow analysis, documents analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, case studies, scenarios, and business analysis
Constructs workflow charts, diagrams, writes requirements (Business Requirements Document), and creates conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
Works with business owner in understanding the business needs and communicates the needs to a wide range of stakeholders
Analyzes, develops, and presents requirements based on business needs
Acts as liaison between business process owners and other members of the IT team
Participates in integration and acceptance testing, collaborates in development of training and implementation material, supports the implementation, and provides post-implementation support
Actively participates/leads in the discovery, validation, and verification process throughout the development life cycle
Actively leads process improvement initiatives
Collaborates with developers, testers, and software development team in ensuring requirements are implemented correctly and meet customers' expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong written and oral communication skills, including technical writing skills
Problem-solving skills and detail oriented approach
Meetings planning and facilitation skills
Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint
Emotional intelligence. As this position is highly visible, a positive and professional presence is required
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex, deadline-driven environment
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
