The Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (OCISO) is hiring for an Information Security (IS) Analyst- Experienced who will provide research, analysis, and input into security data collection and analytics solution discussions by identifying issues of varying complexity in order to develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to security data analytics. The IS Analyst will implement cyber data analytics solutions using various analytics and visualization tools while collaborating with SMEs across the System, as well as provide guidance in identifying, evaluating, and developing processes and procedures that are effective, meet requirements and IS standards, and follow IS policy and/or IS risk compliance regulations. The IS Analyst will also provide reporting and analysis to assist in executing solutions and may provide consultation to clients, colleagues, and management, and determine best practices and suggestions on how to improve current practices and/or monitoring.
This is an experienced level position that requires a developing career in Information Security, proficiency in the field, and a gaining knowledge of industry practices.
