This is a unique opportunity to join a highly engaged in-house global employment, benefits and compensation law team responsible for ensuring compliance with and counseling and supporting HR and management on employment, benefits and compensation policies, plans procedures, and practices affecting Cigna's nearly 70,000 + employees around the world.
This Counsel position is an individual contributor role that is part of a dynamic in-house legal team. The role reports to the Senior Counsel, Global Employment, Benefits and Compensation Law.The role will support employee benefits and compensation matters for the company, with a particular emphasis on Cigna's health and welfare benefit programs for its employees.
