As a Business Operations Coordinator you will be a key member of the Vetsource operational support team in supporting Vetsource's many partners, special programs, and services. You will work closely with partner support, marketing, and other cross organizational teams and will be responsible for daily administrative duties to drive activities essential to the department's success within a rapidly growing, changing environment. Business Operations Coordinators are critical thinkers, creative problem solvers, and process driven individuals that have aptitude for project coordination, collaboration, and communication.
Essential Duties:
Drive coordination for complete promotional offering including internal and partner funded opportunities
Provide cross-functional support and communication to internal teams regarding promotion changes
Utilize knowledge of promotion tool functionality to provide guidance to internal stakeholders for promotion set up and utilization as well as enhancement opportunities
Implement promotions, ensure accuracy of set up, and test proper end point utilization
Collaborate with development and other teams to provide troubleshooting and support for internal and external resources
Utilize internal systems and other sources to locate and verify information
Coordinate media kit collateral, ensuring accurate implementation, between partner development and marketing teams
Assist with running and summarizing reports and details; presents information to co-workers or supervisors are needed
Communicate from/to external partners and various internal departments including partner support, marketing, purchasing, sales, finance, IT and pharmacy
Maintain accurate digital filing and documentation to ensure data preservation, and investigate discrepancies or missing information as appropriate
Develop and maintain documentation best practices, project retrospectives, processes, and other information
Execute special projects as needed including creating Power Point presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Google documents

Qualifications:
Previous administrative assistance experience
Proper etiquette, integrity and confidentiality using strong verbal and written communication skills
Includes effective listening and clear and concise communication skills in person, on the phone or via email
Ability to build and maintain positive relations internally and externally
Strong organizational, task and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment including the capacity to start and stop projects seamlessly, despite frequent interruptions, while maintaining attention to detail
Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others. Includes a friendly can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to any project whether it relates to sales, inventory, returns, customer service, etc.
Good computer skills including the ability to learn how to navigate unfamiliar systems or programs quickly. Ability to use multiple computer programs at once.
Strong demonstrated competence using email, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Power Point
Education/Experience:
High school diploma and 1-2 years professional experience
Experience using Google Documents and other shared programs
