End User Device Associate (Finance)



Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Days. Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You will work at University Hospital, 600 Highland Ave., Madison, WI

We are seeking an End User Device Associate to:

  • Work with IS Project Managers and Operational Stakeholders on projects of varying sizes.
  • Coordinate hardware and prepare installations.
  • Support Microsoft operating systems, iOS, Android, hardware, and applications.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and resolve hardware/software issues with timely resolution.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree In Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree) Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly Preferred

Work Experience

  • 1 year relevant experience in a Healthcare setting Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Experience in healthcare organization Preferred
  • Experience providing computer hardware, software and application support for end users Preferred

Additional components of compensation may include:
  • Evening & night shift differential
  • Overtime
  • On-call pay
