Project Coordinator (Administrative)
Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the organization and standardization of global service delivery activities, day-to-day team administration, and with running small to intermediate projects.
What you'll be doing:
· Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
· Work with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation according to projects pipeline.
· Assist in translating tasks and schedules, based on provided scope and requirements.
· Track and analyze project performance, cost performance, schedule and report to management changes in project scope, project schedule, and/or project budget.
· Work with project teams on project work as needed to keep projects going according to schedule.
· Coordinate with internal resources and third party vendors for the flawless scoping, quotation and execution of projects.
· Track and report internal resource utilization.
· Assist in the creation and implementation of global standard operating procedures and related documentation.
· Create and document sales/service orders.
· Independently own third party invoice submission, verify each with the needed internal resources and submitting thereafter.
· Coordinate with the key internal team members on project invoicing as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for:
· Minimum of 1 year in a project coordinator or management, preferably in an IT field.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Ability to work with large and diverse teams as well as independently.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
· Experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
