About the Job
The Analytics Expert will report directly to the Chief Client Officer of the Key Client Program (KCP) Team. The KCP is accountable for Equifax's enterprise-wide relationships with a small number of large, high-profile, extremely influential clients that are hand-selected by the CEO and Board of Directors. The KCP Analytics Expert (AE) is responsible for demonstrating the value of Equifax solutions and assets based on actual customer data/input. In doing so, the AE enhances the client relationship, drives new programs/revenue and increases Equifax mindshare at the account.
The Analytics Expert is a quantitative thinker who has a solid grasp on Equifax's data and associated assets, an ability to identify and understand the impact of market and economic trends, and a keen understanding of client business needs. The AE actively identifies and designs quantitative analyses to generate new sales opportunities and support ongoing sales initiatives for the account team. The AE is responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of the prevailing economic environment and its key drivers, the changing business needs of large financial institutions and important industry trends. This individual establishes many executive relationships at the client and is viewed as a trusted analytical advisor. The AE collaborates with both the account team and the rest of the Equifax organization to optimize the use of our data and analytical assets. The AE also acts as a project leader for the development and delivery of analytical solutions such as quantitative analysis, model deployment and custom analytics. He/she must work well in a team environment yet be a self-starter. The AE cultivates key relationships and provides customer feedback to the account team.
