Job Highlights
Compensation: $21.38 per hour with shift differential. *Attendance bonus available upon completion of 90-days of employment!
- Full Time
- 1st shift 4:45 am - 3:15 pm Monday - Thursday
- 2nd shift 3:15 pm – 1:45 am, Monday - Thursday
- Overtime; Friday

Here's What You'll Get To Do
- Learn and follow Oldcastle quality and safety standards
- Use best practices to minimize scrap and rework
- Clean parts before kitting machining operations
- Physical inspection and verification of fabricated parts and record inspection result in Shopview
- Knowledge of mill and cope saw operation
- Drill press experience is a plus
What We're Looking For
- Good work ethic – regular and predictable attendance
- Organizational skills
- Good attitude.
- Basic computer skills
- Previous CNC operator experience a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, bend, twist, carry, walk, and reach frequently
- Ability to lift/move 75 pounds intermittently
- Ability to stand and walk on a concrete floor; wearing steel-toed shoes with metatarsal guards and other safety equipment for eight to ten hours per day
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment without temperature or humidity control
