What You'll Do:
Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries, asking questions to understand needs, and supplying parts efficiently
Mirror match parts to assist technicians accurately
Cost parts on invoices and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate closely with technicians and the service department to meet internal parts requests
Stock incoming products and maintain inventory accuracy
Assist retail customers at the parts counter
Handle wholesale customer requests in person and over the phone
