Manager Professional Contract Support (Government)
Responsible for the successful administration of Capital's contracts with member hospitals, ancillary providers, non-hospital providers and professional providers.
Evaluates and recommends necessary changes to people, process, and/or resource/tools to effectively deliver customer needs.
Assures that a high level of performance is maintained by the team through activities including the recruitment of qualified analysts and the development, education, training, mentoring and coaching of existing staff through the use of the goal setting process and preparation of regular performance reviews.
Serves on corporate committees and work groups, as necessary, to provide input for corporate initiatives.
Working environment includes typical office conditions.
Sedentary work involving significant periods of sitting, talking, hearing, keying and performing repetitive motions. Work requires visual acuity to perform close inspection of written and computer generated documents as well as a PC monitor.
