Role Summary
The Retail Learning Specialist will be responsible for the development and training of retail employees through a variety of learning methods including classroom facilitation, on-line opportunities, and webinars. Focus will be on retail deposit and credit product knowledge, customer sales and service skills, consumer bank system knowledge, loan origination, policies and procedures.
This position is responsible for various aspects of development and delivery of retail training to all new hire and existing employees. Maintains current knowledge base on all bank policy, procedure and security measures. Demonstrates the desired behaviors of exemplary service and professionalism of the HomeTrust Banking Partnership.
