Maintenance (Maintenance)
Westminster Oaks has an immediate opening Maintenance position. The successful applicant will be able to:
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs under the direction of the Maintenance Engineer.
- Perform baisc functions that mechanical in nature with hand tools and power tools.
- Change light bulbs, A/C filters, filters and ceiling tiles.
- Take temperature readings and boiler room readings. Test generator and other equipment and pumps.
- Repair minor leaks.
- Assist Maintenance Mechanic/Engineer with major projects.
Experience
Required- 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
Education
Required- High School or better
