Nurse Educator Team Lead-NCLEX Services (Healthcare)

The Nurse Educator Team Lead, NCLEX Services delivers an ATI NCLEX services product experience for clients using multiple live and online review products designed to prepare for success on the NCLEX. Responsibilities of the role includes building exceptional client relationships and delivering both live and online nursing education remediation guidance to students.  This role involves overseeing a team of educators with mentorship, process support, competency evaluation, and preparation to teach live and online. Additional duties include participation with completing development projects to enhance and grow product lines that parallel NCLEX updates to support the delivery of quality nursing education programs. Professional verbal and written communication with clients is required to enhance product understanding and deliver exceptional client support.  This is a full time remote position with travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality live and online nursing education remediation guidance to students as assigned in NCLEX services product (Test Taking Strategies, ATI Capstone, Live Review, and Virtual-ATI) that lead to positive outcomes on learning assessments, standardized testing and NCLEX test taking strategies to support success with their nursing exams.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients including students, school faculty, school administration, and ATI employees to enhance product understanding and product support.
  • Participate in assigned development projects to enhance and grow product lines.
  • Mentor and maintain a team of educators by providing communication and support with process, product updates, and biannual competency evaluations to support the delivery of quality online nursing education programs.
  • The full time Nurse Educator Team Lead, NCLEX Services provides mentoring to maintain a team of Educators by providing communication and support with process, product updates, and biannual competency evaluations to support the delivery of quality NCLEX Review programs.

Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing required
  • One-year experience as an Educator teaching in both ATI's live and online NCLEX review products.
  • A minimum of 1-year online classroom teaching
  • Five years of teaching and clinical experience
  • Current Nursing licensure in good standing

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage and direct multiple educators and customer accounts
  • Understanding of websites: ATI, Faculty Portal, Moodle
  • Compassion and patience for striving nursing graduates
  • Understanding of ATI products
  • Experience with Virtual-ATI/ATI Capstone
  • Knowledge of the NCLEX Test plan
  • Demonstrate a dynamic teaching style
  • Professional communication skills: written and verbal
  • Ability to participate in collaborative projects involving current best practices, professional resources and technology
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to be self-directed in working remotely
  • Speaking and standing for long periods of time is required
  • Collegial acumen to mentor and lead others
  • Implements active learning strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to lift 30lb
  • Ability to travel at least 50 % of time
  • Ability to have a home-based office with high speed internet access to work effectively
  • Ability to work asynchronously for the department
  • Ability to commit 3-6 months to gain a working understanding of this position
