Senior Subcontracts Administrator (Finance)
Summary:
Responsible for the procurement of services that support assigned programs or projects. The Senior Subcontract Administrator is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the subcontract, including defining the requirements, researching opportunities, negotiating with sources, writing subcontracts, awarding subcontracts, and closeout when the subcontract terms are complete

Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Procurement, Business, Accounting, Finance Materials Management or related
Field, or equivalent experience
Six (6) to ten (10) years of progressive government and/or private sector purchasing and subcontract administration experience.
License & Certifications:
Current ISM/NAPM or NCMA membership. ISM/NAPM or NCMA Certification desired.
