Essential Functions The Billing Manager is responsible for overseeing the billing function for all North American operations of the Drilling Fluids division, supervising all billing staff. This position is responsible for business processes and ensuring all billing is done timely and accurately. The position will work with operations to ensure information is received from the sites, to ensure the company is working as a team and that the invoices are in agreement with operations, to achieve a reduction in Unbilled Receivables (measured in terms of Days Sales Outstanding, "DSO"). Maintaining this relationship is important to the success of the group. This position will also work with customers, and implement EDI invoicing processes as well as resolve any billing problems we may have with the customers.
