Enablement & Training Manager (Finance)

Position Summary:
NHA is hiring an Enablement and Training Manager to create and lead a strategic framework for successful employee learning comprehension and skills development. The role will develop, lead, plan, train and provide ongoing support to our employees. The role will primarily focus on training and enabling our sales team in consultative selling strategies, but will also incorporate learning plans for other employees within NHA in collaboration with subject matter experts across the business.
Responsibilities:
• Define, develop, and deliver onboarding programs that reduce the ramp to revenue for new hires across the organization
• Define, develop, and deliver standards for ongoing training that includes knowledge transfer, practice sessions and post training field coaching to ensure utilization of new skills, knowledge and process expertise
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a repository of learning resources, including an integrated plan for use of sales specific tools and platforms (aligning of CRM, intranet/Microsoft Teams, marketing automation and document management systems) in conjunction with cross-functional leads of these tools; track user engagement of these tools, content effectiveness and reporting insights
• Identify training and onboarding opportunities across the organization by driving discussions with cross-functional team leaders, gathering feedback on needs, proposing program outlines, and supporting program development
• Work closely with senior management to roll out new learning initiatives, informed by the realities facing our frontline employees, industry, and customers
• Conduct overarching needs analysis for the organization, alongside skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement for individuals
• Support and provide direction regarding the development and execution of sales enablement tools to compliment training efforts
• Train on industry trends, professions and expand the depth of knowledge of our products, tools and platforms in collaboration with department owners
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in corporate learning to enhance and leverage best training delivery

Education and Experience:
• BA/BS or equivalent working experience. 4-5 years of experience in creating, writing and delivering effective adult learning training content
• Master presenter with an understanding of adult learning best practices, demonstrated success in change management, training of new tools or launching new information across a variety of audiences.
• Experience performing sales training, and working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
• Highly creative and an excellent communicator but also process-driven, with project management skills and a focus on using data to make decisions.
• Master user of Power Point, Excel and Office Suite; Creative tools experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel about 10% of the time
