Safety Compliance Coordinator (Architecture)
Position Summary
The purpose of the Safety, Health and Environmental Specialist is to drive cultural improvement and resilience by employing relationship centered safety leadership tactics that foster an environment of trust and learning among employees and management. The SH&E Specialist will also provide program and technical assistance to facility leadership to improve the respective health and safety performance and compliance systems. This individual works principally with our facility leadership and Coral SH&E management safety team to deliver an employee safety culture of zero harm, reduce operational risks, and provide a safe work environment for all employees. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure and influence across the organization to grow and develop in the SH&E field.
