Customer Service Supervisor - Flair (Sales)
Job Description
All candidates must possess a real desire to lead an elite team of customer care professionals within our diverse airport environment. Successful candidates must be flexible in scheduling and be available to work a varied schedule based on need. Successful candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and have a demonstrated track record as a leader and share in our common goal- to deliver the highest level of service here at this airport. Supervisors are leaders, mentors and coaches first.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
Able to lift and/or move items up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to climb, bend and kneel
Must be able to use your fingers/hands to use a keyboard or tablet
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required
Ability to use computer equipment, including Excel and Word programs
Demonstrated proficiency in report writing
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the United States
A minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales related experience is a requirement, airport customer service experience a plus
Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Must be able to work under stressful situations and have the ability to multitask
Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
Must have a professional appearance
