HR Operations Analyst - Human Resources Group (Finance)

Job Summary:
This position supports the administration of employee leaves, benefits and performs other general HR administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Through on-going assignments develop a subject matter expertise to ensure complete and compliant STD/FMLA/LOA administration including: communications with Health & Wellness, Payroll to ensure proper and timely payment processing, impacted employees and respective supervisors and HR Business Partners. Ensure relevant communications are sent within required timeframes. Manage central mailbox to ensure inquiries are responded promptly and assign to team members as necessary.
Assist in educating employees and managers on the leave of absence process and benefits related questions.
Participate in providing guidance, resolving issues and escalating as appropriate for employees, managers and HR while maintaining employee`s confidential information with support and oversight from management and senior staff as needed.
Provide exemplary customer service and assistance to associates, executives and HR Business partners.
Assist with other HR related operational duties as assigned.
