Business Development Proposal Specialist (Education)
About the Position
Embedded within the Sales & Marketing department, the Business Development Proposal Specialist supports the growth activities of the company. This includes assisting with the coordination of the sales proposal process through development of customer specific solutions. They work with subject matter experts to develop targeted, technically accurate content. This position creates and maintains multiple types of sales collateral, including proposal documents and presentation decks, industry and competitor research, and authoring case studies. Business Development Proposal Specialist are focused on the customer experience within Kenco, beginning with marketing and sales processes. Therefore, a key function of this role is assisting with the continuous improvement of these processes and applicable collateral. Finally, Business Development Proposal Specialist support the development and execution of Kenco's strategic plan.
