Job Description:
Epiq Systems is a global legal services organization that emphasizes technological solutions to our clients' legal needs. The Phoenix office specializes in the administration of class action settlements, mass torts, and similar legal matters that impact large populations of potentially injured parties.
This is a front-line supervisory position. The primary function is to supervise subordinate staff personnel, motivate them to deliver excellent work and achieve team goals. This position will work at the direction of the manager to ensure timely launch and accurate processing of claims and correspondence. Position may be responsible for establishing procedural guidelines, processing claims and correspondence, quality assurance and reporting.
