Serve as point of contact for dedicated transportation customers; fostering relationships that are mutually beneficial for customers and Kenco that result in increased revenue and margin.
Invoice customer for services and deliveries performed.
Create budgets and manage profit and loss for dedicated customer.
Manage a team of delivery drivers including interviewing and selection, training, disciplinary action, and scheduling.
Coordinate for necessary repairs of fleet equipment to maintain operations.
Coordinate delivery routes and dispatch driver teams; supervise and refine dispatching operations.
Dispatch and assign work and routes for drivers.
Backup delivery specialists when necessary. Assist in customer deliveries when necessary
Approve all invoices for purchasing, services, leases and office equipment.
Oversee transportation safety functions onsite.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
Applicable college or university degree or equivalent is desired.
A minimum of two-year related experience and/or training in a transportation environment.

Travel Requirements
This position is expected to travel approximately 25% - 50%.
