As the Systems Specialist you would be responsible for administration and day-to-day operations of all technology-based systems for Goodwill and its supported partners. Incumbent will ensure technology service and support for all systems related to operations. Incumbent will provide up to Level 3 technical support for all Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania agency locations.
Duties include but not limited to:
Travel: Yes, some travel between Goodwill Retail Stores and Offices will be required.
External Hiring Range: $52,624.00 up to $54,728.96
