Senior Marketing Director - Surgical Innovations (Finance)
Reporting to the Global Vice President of Marketing, this portfolio development leader plays a vital role in leading, managing, and delivering the innovation required to deliver on ~$5B dollars of global annual revenue. Building a high-performance team, this leader will focus on accelerating the innovation pipeline, delivering incredible product launches that strengthen customers relationships and attract new customers to support the growth of the regions we serve. Driving strong fundamental marketing practices, this individual will help lead the organization to achieve +5% growth sustainably, while demonstrably increasing the value of our POI through market and needs assessment, selection, and execution.
Please note: Preference is for employee to be based in Boulder, CO or North Haven, CT. Global travel percentage increases from 20% to 50% for remote candidates as monthly travel to either site will be required.
SURGICAL INNOVATIONS sets the standard for Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) by creating innovative surgical products and services that focus on obesity and diseases and conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, lung, abdominal wall, pelvic region, and the head and neck.
