RN Clinical Manager (Finance)

Our Home Health RN Clinical Manager Will:
Assist with oversight of patient care operations including staffing, communication, and regulatory compliance.Ensure the organization provides excellent patient care as measured by patient/family feedback, CAHPS surveys, successful CMS/CHAP surveys and community response/advice. Work to ensure meaningful and effective engagement and relationships with communities, families, and patients as measured by community utilization and feedback. Be willing to seek out new methods and principles and incorporate them into existing practices personally and with the clinical team. Facilitate process improvement initiatives in customer relations, quality assurance, financial management, and staff development as measured by QAPI program development and survey outcomes. Foster a culture in alignment with the Heritage Core Values as measured by associate feedback and surveys.
