Field Service Engineer I (Finance)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install, configure, and commission QCS equipment at customer sites
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of QCS systems to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions
• Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of QCS solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including service reports and customer communication

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in field service engineering or a related role
• Knowledge of Quality Control Systems (QCS) and related equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
