CAS Associate (Finance)
Role Summary:
Works within a broad variety of established procedures. Requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks. Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data. Likely to act as an informal resource for colleague with less experience. Provides quality operational support to clients. Processes all transactions and operational activities and responds to calls/inquiries on a daily basis. Handles complex issues/calls that have been escalated by more junior team members.
Responsibilities:
Assists clients through phone or by email in response to inquiries regarding company products, services, and procedures. Responds to client questions on T. Rowe Price product features and provides technical assistance for complex issues and calls that have been escalated by junior team members. Processes complex transactions in a timely and accurate manner to meet company and client requirements. Researches and resolves complex operational or client issues that require extensive experience and knowledge of policies and procedures. Performs quality review of standard transactions. Builds, maintains, and enhances client relationships through consultative service interactions. Identifies and offers new services appropriate for the client. Assists more junior staff in applying established departmental and regulatory guidelines when handling client requests.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 3+ years of total relevant work experience.
Minimum salary (USD) starts at:
42400(Colorado only*) Salary range minimum is one component of our total compensation and benefits package. *Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
