Sales Manager - MSP Engines, APU & Nacelles (Finance)
This role requires a familiarity across multiple Engine Systems including HTF Nacelle and Auxiliary Power Units, and Maintenance Program services in a given technology area and cross-functional coordination (program management, business team, marketing & product management and customer support). Skill/behavior requirements span several functions with a heavy emphasis on problem solving, process orientation, flexibility and responsiveness. Good presentation, proposal development and writing skills for proposal and sales communications are required... Strong cross functional and matrixes influence skills required.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years Sales, Marketing, Finance Discipline, Customer and Product Support
- Six Sigma Greenbelt trained/certified or within six months of assuming the Role
- Business aviation / marketing / customer business manager or technical support

- BS or BA in Business, Marketing, Finance or other relevant discipline preferred.
- Business Aviation background preferred, primarily with experience in Maintenance or Service Programs.
- Results focused with successful record of accomplishments through skilled use of influence, persuasion, negotiation, and problem resolution.
- Excellent team membership skills, ability to thrive in a matrix environment.
- Knowledge of Business Aviation Industry, authorized channel and service centers in region
Key responsibilities:
- BGA representative for Aftermarket Sales reporting to the Sr. Director of Service Sales
- Regionally responsible for identifying and pursuing services for new business opportunities and securing annual incremental revenue and new enrollments for the Business and General Aviation market.
- Provide internal, OEM, Dealer, and Service Center sales training for service offerings.
- Responsibilities include all aspects of the sales and marketing process such as market analysis, development of market strategies, and development of proposals, financial analysis, customer presentations, and negotiation of commercial terms.
- Annual Operating Plan (AOP) responsibility for ServicesAs the Lead Sales Representative, you will be accountable for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.About Us
