Primary Objective of Position:
Responsibility for the implementation and execution of customer projects. This includes understanding of the project scope and requirements, timely delivery, and profitability. The Project Manager will ensure that the project is executed successfully to the customer's satisfaction and the company's benefit.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Leads work on project orders.
- Assigns work across functions in the company and manages the project/order schedule.
- Identifies the information needs of each work group and assures they are met.
- Has ultimate accountability for their account or project.
- Responsible for following established project execution standards and assures contractual obligations are met.
· Serves as the primary customer order contact on assigned projects or accounts.
- Assists in identifying customer's special requirements (product, data/docs, inspections, export requirements, pricing, etc)
- Responsible for regular progress reports for customers, sales force, representatives, and management.
· Provides purchase order and sales support utilizing PMO defined tools
- Leads the preparation of project orders.
- Anticipates and resolves non-standard issues through the project cycle
- Conducts internal & external kick-off meetings to ensure customer expectations are understood throughout the cycle for Tier 2 projects.
- Initiates project/account success by influencing customer loyalty.
· Maintains understanding of general business practices.
- Assures standard business terms and conditions are addressed by working directly with the Contracts team.
- Has familiarity and working knowledge of the business systems, process industry and Import/Export compliance.
- Actively participates in process improvements utilizing Micro Motion's Quality tools across functional groups.

Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business or technical field
