Annual, quarterly and bi-weekly operational and financial projections.
Business development and sales for designated business line.
Ensure projects and territories are staffed adequately.
Train and advise Managers and Directors on proper staffing levels, project budgets, customers, implementation of work and sales activities.
Ensure Managers and Directors have the training and resources necessary to properly support customer initiatives.
Analysis of reports for management of designated area of responsibility.
Operate in synergy with other departments (New Builds, Operations, Leasing, etc). Track financial performance for designated business line.
Ensure all aged accounts receivable (A/R) are satisfied in a timely manner.
Report data to RVP as required.
Serve as a role model of corporate culture within field offices.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Hire, train and develop qualified Area Construction Directors or Site Development Directors as appropriate.
Provide development plans for staff as needed.
Counsel and terminate staff as deemed necessary in conjunction with Human Resources.

Education and/or Experience:
BA/BS in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
7-10 years managerial experience in wireless telecommunications site development or construction industry.
Knowledge of budgeting procedures and financial statistics.
Must have demonstrated the advanced knowledge and ability to work with MS Word and Excel.
Strong ability to interact professionally with all levels of customers and employees.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and analyze the most complex documents.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area and volume.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to find problems collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid Driver's License.
