Walmart Account Representative (Sales)
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Walmart Account Representative. In this role you will be directly involved in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service and will learn the skills and processes required to directly manage an extensive product line with a large national retailer. This is an excellent position for an individual with future career goals in Sales/Account Management.
This individual will work directly with our Account Managers to provide best in class service to the customer while engaging in activities to help increase the sales of Sterilite products. The Walmart Account Representative will assist in making critical decisions by providing inputs such as business observations and data driven insights.
Other responsibilities include:
Help develop and coordinate sales presentations. Work with the Walmart Account Managers to follow up on opportunities to grow sales. Communicate and coordinate customer needs with internal teams to provide superior customer service. Track and report on all promotional and pricing programs. This input will be used to identify opportunities for future sales growth. Provide impactful sales reporting as needed both internally and externally to identify opportunities that deliver sales growth using fact based recommendations. Present business insights on a regular basis to Account Managers to improve sales productivity. Oversee accuracy and dissemination of automated sales reporting. Maintain internal item reporting for use throughout the company. Coordination of item testing and sample delivery for new items. Assist in item sample management and product sets when needed. Provide assistance with other sales support activities when needed such as but not limited to store audits, ad hoc requests, data validation and creation of presentation materials.
