01AIR70 - Aerospace Document Review Coordinator (Project Management)
Perform document review to ensure that the Aerospace order is in compliance to the drawing, marker page or parts list requirement and matches the film tool or digital date.
Check film tools and digital data using calipers, scales and Adobe Acrobat Pro to ensure they are within specifications or route back to the originator(s) if they are not.
Review marker pages, drawings and Parts Lists on the supplied drawing system to ensure that we are building to the most current drawing requirement.
Document the job ticket using the supplied system and forms in compliance with GMN documentation practices.
File film tools in a timely manner and according to established processes.
Deliver job tickets to the next work area as required and within a timely manner.
Perform other work related duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality at all times
Proficient with MS Office software (Outlook) and use of a PC
Strong verbal skills in English
Reading comprehension, understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents in English
Good math and analytical skills
Good decision making skills
Ability to plan and organize work activities with a focus on efficiency
Ability to work under time constraints with changing priorities under minimal supervision
Must be able to follow directions and work in a team environment
Must be able to subscribe to GM Nameplate's Values and Measurable Behaviors
Additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives and goals
