Office Assistant (Administrative)



Quirk Auto Dealerships currently has a Full-Time position available for an Office Assistant. Interested candidates should be availability Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am – 5pm

This is an entry level position. The starting pay for this position will depend on experience. 

Job Duties Include:

  • Tracks weekly missed punch violations, administering weekly warnings and works to resolve timecard errors.
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
  • Process new hire paperwork.
  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of files and records.
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with MS word, and Excel preferred.
  • A positive attitude and good work ethic.
