Love pasta? Were looking for a PT Pasta Clerk to join our Pasta & Mozzarella Department at our Smithtown Store location! This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, making fresh pasta, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What Youll Do:
Create delicious fresh pasta, following our signature recipes and standardsWeigh, package, and prep pasta for freezer/refrigerated salesKeep our shelves stocked and beautifully merchandisedPerform quality checks to ensure every package looks and tastes amazingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspaceSafely operate pasta-making equipment (dont worrywell train you!)Jump in with other duties as needed to keep the department running smoothly

What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent18+ years oldAt least 1 year of pasta-making experience (bonus if you know packaging/production, too)Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracyCommitment to food safety, cleanliness, and quality standardsTeam player whos eager to learn and grow their skills in pasta makingAbility to read, write, and communicate in English

Work Environment: This is a hands-on, active role. Youll be on your feet, lifting up to 30 lbs (with help), and working around equipment, coolers, and freezers. It can get loud, but the energy is always high and fun!
