Branch Coordinator (Finance)
Summary of Position:
Provide a conduit between sales personnel and warehouse supervision. Assist customers,
both internal and external, with various concerns. Provide administrative support to
warehouse production and distribution functions. Maintain hard copy and electronic files
regarding production, shipping and material certifications.
Key Accountabilities:
• Schedules and communicates as needed for all processes and commodities in the
branch
• Strong knowledge of customer specific transportation requirements, SFC/P-copy process
• Ability to navigate all required SAP screens and data to complete branch shipping tasks
• Ability to analyze order and shipping problems and resolve with little interaction from
management
• Processes a high volume of written email communication
• Process rush orders to include key communication both verbal and system
• Complete reports to reflect compliance to the company's compliance standards
• Extract raw data from the system to prepare key management reports
• Prepare and load all types of branch transportation needs
• Determine transportation issues and solve problems with little or no supervisor interaction
• Participate, support, and comply with all Health, Safety, Quality and lean initiatives and
requirements
• Complete all job duties in a manner that does not put him/herself or other individuals in
an unsafe situation and wear all PPE (personal protective equipment) when required
• Assist in any other duties to support the operations, as requested by supervisor or
manager
• Meets all other TKMNA employee attributes and competencies

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent and two years planner/scheduler work experience in a
manufacturing/production environment
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Branch Coordinator I or similar experience
• Strong working knowledge of MASS and Microsoft Office
• Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems
• Basic computer knowledge to complete data entry
Because of ITAR regulations you must be a US Citizen, US Person Green Card or form I-551 or Asylum Seeker to work at the Plainfield, IN location and be able to show proof upon hire.
Preferred Requirements:
• 1 year customer service experience
• Completion or working towards a 2 year degree
