SUMMARY: As a member of the corporate marketing and communications team, the business unit marketing manager will be immersed tactically and strategically within our wind services business unit where they will be responsible for business growth through targeted communications and brand positioning. This flexible and versatile marketer will work to effectively identify, direct, track and analyze integrated online and offline marketing communications to execute commercial programs for assigned business.
In cooperation with and with support from corporate marketing and communications, the manager will deliver a tailored program design and execution strategy to address marketing objectives - on time, and on budget. The position requires the application of established practices and procedures and the development of new systems for program management and support in planning and implementation of marketing and communications activities.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years of broad-based knowledge in marketing and communications. Proven experience developing marketing plans/campaigns and designing interactive applications and networking platforms. Specific experience in marketing within the energy sector is highly preferred.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient in Microsoft Office products . Proficient with marketing automation and CRM tools (Hubspot, SalesForce).
