Customer Care Rep. (Hybrid Position) (Administrative)



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  (Other duties may be assigned.)

  • Follow order-entry protocols and processes to accurately enter faxed and emailed orders.
  • Escalate issues to the Customer Care Manager as needed for resolution of large pricing discrepancies, complaints, orders that appear to be in error, etc.
  • Assist in sending out and recording demo equipment to field reps and customers.
  • Assist in the daily operation of the department.
  • Promptly and regularly provide any feedback gained from customers about product coverage, customer coverage, and competitive information.
  • Proactively engage in increasing product and industry knowledge on Radiation Oncology.
  • Performs other tasks as directed by Management.

Education, Experience, and Certifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma (some college preferred) AND two years of data entry, order entry, customer service, or medical assistant experience.

  • Computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • The ability to type 40+ wpm and 10-key.

 We have two locations, and are seeking candidates in the Avondale, PA area OR Orange City, IA area.
