Manufacturing Specialist (Architecture)
To provide continuous improvement support to departments including Lean methodology and process documentation
•Provide 5S methodology expert support for training, implementation and transfer to departments
•Lead projects or implementations of new or updated manufacturing practices
•Support creation of and updates to Quality Management System documents that pertain to manufacturing process descriptions
•Support manufacturing Engineering activities as requested
•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
•Focus on Lean continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations and company and departmental goals and objectives
•Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
•Must be a team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest
•Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
•Good cross functional collaboration
Must have the ability to:
•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
Must have:
•Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
•Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel and PowerPoint
•Basic mathematical skills
•At least 1 year of experience supporting cross functional, continuous improvement activities to include 5S implementation and improvement
•At least 2 years of experience supporting continuous improvement activities to include 5S and factory layout
•At least 1 year of experience supporting process documentation creation and updates
•Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products
•High School Diploma or GED
•Associate's Degree in a technical field
•Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
