ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Counts and verifies money received, and balances on collection bags for accuracy • Endorses checks and compiles data for bank deposit and prepares bank deposit slips • Handles over and shorts appropriately • Compiles collection, disbursement, and bank reconciliation reports • Assistance with month end paperwork and general office support as needed • Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, payroll data entry, posting revenue, and over/short reporting • Inventory, receiving, and other warehouse help as needed
