We're currently hiring Full-Time LVN for NOC shift 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM

- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents in accordance with care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
- Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with families and staff.
- Be a steady, supportive presence for residents—because your care matters.

- Current LVN license in the State of California.
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
