Sales Operations Manager (Project Management)
As a Sales Operations Manager, you lead a team of Account Project Managers and Account Specialist that execute the onboarding of new programs, maintenance of existing accounts and service of key customers. You are responsible for developing and aligning team goals with organizational and regional financial goals. Prioritize and monitor work efforts, capacity of team and triage work as needed to complete regional objectives. You may serve as the main point of contact for key customers. You manage multiple projects, drive continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction of our accounts. You partner extensively with the sales team and cross functional partners to achieve goals and to improve processes and tools to better execute services. As a Sales Operations Manager you are responsible for developing talent and helping drive innovation in our organization. You are held accountable to risks and issues in the region. You manage the retention and maintenance activities of accounts and approve the services & approach to executing on customer needs. You evaluate and assess the programs' strengths and weaknesses in an ongoing fashion to look for areas of growth opportunity or reduction in support efforts.
