Locker Floater- 2nd shift (Manufacturing)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following as applicable. Other duties may be assigned.
Production Operations:Adhere to company policiesComply with all safety requirements of Company and OSHAMust be able to produce and validate Product to Quality Standard and Product SpecificationAdherence to Standard Work, specified as to Content, Sequence, Timing, and OutcomeProper use and handling of Company material, tools, processes, and equipmentProperly and accurately report transactions such as, but not limited to: attendance, labor reporting, inventory and operational data collection
Skills (Necessary and/or Desired)
Able to perform start-up process adherenceAble to call-up required programs for operation (Familiarity with computer programs)Able to perform necessary tooling changesAble to check QualityVerify critical measurements using digital calipers and other measuring toolsGo / No-Go Gauges
Enter production informationOpen, view, and / or print filesEnter parameters into production equipment for the manufacturing of finished parts from raw material
Able to lift and handle material and product as referenced in the Physical Demands sectionCNC Operations:Able to use computer for task such as, but not limited to:Able to follow instructions and possess fine motor skills to work with small parts (such as screws)Able to read and understand blue prints and process instructionsAble to read and understand BOM Routing and associated Work InstructionsAble to operate hand tools such as, but not limited to: Drills, Drivers, Saw, RouterLoad / Unload equipment and operate according to Standard Work / OMS

Continuous Improvement: All employees are required to engage in Bradley's Continuous Improvement process. The approach will come in the form of exposure to and involvement in BOS activities and daily work intended to make small improvements daily. The power of CI is in the approach, therefore a collaborative relationship between employee and staff is essential.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or General Education DiplomaGraduate courses in Industrial Arts and (2) years of general shop experience preferredOR equivalent combination of education and training
