Spa Attendant - Full Time (Food Services)
Core Job Responsibilities & Duties
First response to phone inquiries into the spa.
Responsible for discussing and scheduling spa services for guests.
Maintains communication with technicians for smooth day-to-day operations.
The ability to work closely with Engineering Housekeeping, and Laundry, to maintain quality and mechanical operation, cleanliness and special requirements of all Spa equipment and facilities.
Ensure spa repair and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.
Acknowledge and resolve guests concerns.
Main contact to handle reservations for all guests.Maintain the cancellation list to ensure second chance bookings when openings become available.Greet guests upon entry to the spa and answer any questions to acclimate them to the spa.Assists in resolving guests issues and maintains a professional environment.Develop and maintain good business relationships with VIPs and loyal customers of the spa.
Executing any additional daily operations and priorities as assigned by the Spa Director and Assistant Spa Manager.
