JOB SUMMARY
This position will report to the VP of MD Programs and is responsible for the overall management and development of the Clinical services for consumers. The Director shall work with the Vice President of Maryland to ensure the provision of services that promote the clients ability to participate in appropriate community activities, and enable the individual to develop the daily living skills needed for independent functioning. The Director shall have operational oversight of Clinical programing including recruiting, hiring, training and supervision of staff. In addition, the Director shall implement and monitor the operating budget. The Clinical Director ensures the Programs operate and deliver services in accordance with current policies and procedures, contract requirements, and federal, state and local regulations.
