Executive Vice President, Strategy Director (Finance)
Revere, a Daniel J. Edelman (DJE) Holdings agency, is helping world-class brands move at the speed of culture and we are looking for an EVP, Strategy Director with experience developing marketing and business strategy for clients based on insights, creativity, and business acumen for a major technology oriented client. This role is for you if you have a passion for inspiring big ideas and uncovering insights that lead to bigger, better, and bolder earned-centric ideas.
The ideal candidate is a skilled brand strategist and strategy leader who understands the digital landscape and has worked on business where social has been a large part of the mix. This person should also have a deep reservoir of connections strategy experience and an ability to use it to help make creative ideas come to life. Consumer tech experience or experience working with tech-adjacent clients strongly preferred.
Overview:
You will be responsible for providing overall strategy, insights, and direction to aid in the development of integrated campaigns and communication platforms. The way these come to life in the world will vary depending on the assignment, but you have a diverse enough background that has taught you that output matters less than impact. Working closely with the agency's account management, creative, and a variety of other subject matter experts (e.g. data, analytics, etc.), the EVP, Strategy Director will drive the development of big ideas into communications based on a synthesis of proprietary intellectual property and secondary research, market/category dynamics, stakeholder and/or consumer data, competitive analysis and cultural trends. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced agile environment.
